Posting an Interview Experience
Click Start a discussion and pick Interview Experience. The form asks for:
- Company: search for it, or add it if it isn’t listed.
- Role / Level: for example,
L4 Frontend Engineer. - Outcome: Offer, Rejected, Pending or Withdrew.
- Details: fill in the template:
Rounds
- Recruiter screen (30 min)
- Technical phone screen: JavaScript (45 min)
- Onsite: UI coding, frontend system design, behavioral

Rules
- Share only your own first-hand interviews, not ones you heard about.
- Post one interview loop per post.
- Don’t include names, emails or photos of interviewers, recruiters or other candidates.
- Don’t post offer letters, internal documents or anything under an NDA.
Break the rules and you’re out, paid subscription or not. That’s how the board stays trustworthy.
