Access after cancellation. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will retain access through that date unless your access is suspended or terminated under our Terms.

Refund Policy: No refunds. All fees paid or accrued are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or prorate any fees for partial use, early termination, downgrades, or unused time.

Account suspension/termination. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for conduct that violates our Terms or rights, is unlawful, or is otherwise inappropriate. No refunds will be provided in these cases.

Subscription Services and Payments

Our platform offers subscription services processed securely through Stripe. Some legacy accounts may still be managed through Teachable. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable payment processor's terms. We do not store or directly handle your full payment details such as credit card numbers.

No refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, prorated credits, or partial refunds for unused time, early cancellation, downgrades, or dissatisfaction. Review our free content and FAQs before subscribing. If you need help canceling, email support@frontendlead.com.

As a subscriber, you are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information. You must ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover subscription fees and any applicable taxes or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider, especially for international transactions.

FrontendLead, LLC. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, including subscription plans and pricing, with prior notice.
