Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s Billing/Manage Subscription page. You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle. Canceling stops future charges; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Access after cancellation. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will retain access through that date unless your access is suspended or terminated under our Terms.
No refunds. All fees paid or accrued are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or prorate any fees for partial use, early termination, downgrades, or unused time.
Account suspension/termination. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for conduct that violates our Terms or rights, is unlawful, or is otherwise inappropriate. No refunds will be provided in these cases.

Recurring Subscriptions: Please note that subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for recurring subscription charges, so please be sure to cancel your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.International Data Transfers

Subscription and Payment Processing
Subscription Management: Our services offer subscription-based access to our content. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing/Manage Subscription page. You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Payment Processing through Stripe: Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. Some legacy accounts may still be billed through Teachable. Payment information is collected and processed by the applicable payment processor in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information or other payment details.
Data Security: Payment transactions are encrypted and processed without us having access to your sensitive financial information. Our payment processors adhere to PCI-DSS standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
No refunds. All fees paid or accrued are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or prorate fees for partial use, early termination, downgrades, unused time, or dissatisfaction. For billing or cancellation help (not refunds), contact us at support@frontendlead.com.
International Transactions: For users making purchases from outside the United States, international transaction fees may apply according to your bank or credit card's policies on foreign transactions.
